Solstice Morningside
Marketing for an apartment community in Atlanta.
For Solstice Morningside, I created social videos, the website layout and copy, a billboard layout, an illustrated site map and floor plans, and photography—all working with the property’s existing brand.

Explore the work ↓The marketing
I manage marketing for Solstice Morningside in Atlanta as part of my broader role at Peak Management. The property’s existing logo and brand provide the starting point for this work.
The examples below show how I carried that identity across different formats, from a roadside billboard to the website and illustrated property information.
Social videos
I planned, filmed, edited, and published the selected videos for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Website
I created the layout, selected photography, and wrote copy within Entrata. I also manage updates and coordinate with Entrata support.
Billboard
I designed the layout, adapted the existing logo into a logo + .com lockup, and coordinated production with Outfront and the on-site manager.
Site map & floor plans
I drew the illustrated site map and selected floor plans in Adobe Illustrator.
Photography
I photographed and edited the property’s exteriors, interiors, and amenities. A selection is shown here.
The property,
on the page.
I organized the page around what prospective residents look for first: available homes, photos, amenities, and an easy way to visit.
Within Entrata, I created the page layout, selected photographs from several sources, and wrote the copy.
I keep the content current, work through technical issues with Entrata support, and keep property information consistent across the website and listing services.

- 01
Search comes first
Right below the pool photo, visitors can search floor plans by move-in date and bedrooms, usually the first thing people look for.
- 02
Location up front
The opening lines name the home types, the rooftop pool and skyline views, and nearby Buckhead, Midtown, and Piedmont Park.
- 03
Homes before amenities
The gallery opens on bright kitchens and living rooms, so the first photos show the apartments themselves.
- 04
Amenities at a glance
Labeled photo tiles for the fitness center, business center, pool, and rooftop sky lounge are quick to scan.
- 05
A clear path to visit
The page moves through three actions in order: search floor plans, schedule a tour, and get directions.
- 06
Short, friendly copy
Headings speak to the visitor, like “Take a look around” and “See it for yourself,” and the supporting text stays brief.
A message made
for a passing glance.
Drivers see a billboard for only a few seconds, so I made the property name and web address the focus, adapting the existing logo into a single logo + .com lockup.
I coordinated the proof and installation with Outfront and the on-site manager. It ran from September 2024 to January 2025.

- 01
Read at a glance
Bold white lettering on dark brown gives the property name and web address clear contrast.
- 02
Logo + .com
I added the web address to the existing logo so the name also tells viewers where to go next.
- 03
A familiar accent
The orange ring carries a recognizable element of the existing brand into the layout.
- 04
The apartment itself
A bright kitchen photograph gives viewers a glimpse of the interiors behind the property name.
- 05
Space for the message
The logo and photograph occupy separate sides, with a soft transition that keeps the image clear of the lettering.
- 06
Only the essentials
I left out secondary messages and small print to keep the layout focused on the name and website.

From the property
to the floor plan.
I illustrated the site map and apartment floor plans in Adobe Illustrator to help prospective residents understand the property and compare layouts.
The map shows both phases, parking, and amenities in one view. Three of the seven floor plans are shown here.

Social
I plan content around the property’s spaces, current leasing priorities, and prospective residents’ questions. I filmed, edited, and published the selected videos for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Most posts are short walkthroughs of a specific layout or shared space, giving people scrolling in Atlanta a real look at the apartments and the details they need to take the next step.

Floor plans as tours
Three videos walk through a single layout room by room, including two that introduced Phase II, so renters can picture the space before booking a visit.
Key facts in view
The plan name, size, and bed and bath count appear on screen or in the caption, like “The Cheshire, 1,450 sq ft, 2 bed, 2 bath.”
More than square feet
The courtyard and rooftop videos show moments a floor plan can’t: morning coffee, an evening outside, and skyline views.
Short and handheld
Each video runs 15 to 31 seconds and moves through the space at eye level, the way a visitor would walk it.
Easy to find locally
Posts carry an Atlanta location tag and the property name or #solsticemorningside, so they reach people looking in the area.
One shoot, three platforms
Each video was published to TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, so one shoot reached renters wherever they scroll.
